Abstract

Central Asia, renowned for its profound historical significance, varied cultural heritage, and strategically advantageous position, has emerged as a key area of interest in global geopolitics in the 21st century. The region's post-Soviet recovery has garnered the interest of influential nations including Russia, the United States of America, and China. These countries compete for power in Central Asia because of their substantial energy resources and geopolitical significance. The Belt and Road Initiative of China, the Eurasian Economic Union of Russia, and the efforts spearheaded by the United States underscore the intricate dynamics in action. This study examines the changing power dynamics in Central Asia, the strategic goals of important actors, and the consequences for regional stability and global politics.
